The breakfast was excellent with many extras, yet the professional staff were a bit overprotective. The Swabian gourmet temple felt excessive; for a rural location we’d have preferred a more conventional kitchen.

The breakfast buffet was versatile and beautifully presented, complete with coffee and tea service on site, and free bottled water was available 24/7 in the fridge in the stairwell. The restaurant offers sophisticated cuisine, and the worthwhile Alb‑Card is issued immediately upon request. There were enough parking spaces. Thanks to the dedicated staff!

The breakfast was plentiful, but the room was too warm.

The location was nice, but the booking site should warn that the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the room and bathroom feel dated.
