The reception was a nightmare: I had to call to get the code for the key box. Breakfast was moved outside the hotel to a spot 10 minutes on foot, whereas before it was right inside the hotel.

Free parking right in front of the building and a nicely hot shower in a clean room were the only bright spots. There was no front desk or breakfast room, so we had to walk five minutes to another hotel for breakfast and also to check out, which felt like a ghost hotel. The room stayed very warm, so I could only sleep with the window open; street noise and music from a nearby bar kept going past 1 am and ruined any chance of rest. Check‑in was handled only by phone and a key box, and the room lacked even a coat hook or a wardrobe with a hanging rail, making it feel very impersonal. The picture of a lit lobby must be from an earlier era. This cost‑cutting model is understandable but should be disclosed, especially at this price.
