Everything was great; I went to the expocenter norte and stayed at that wonderful hotel, everything was excellent.

The mattress was hard with a leather cover that didn’t stay on the sheet, the bathroom was dirty, the staff were grumpy, breakfast was mediocre, I understand the price might explain some of it, but it could still be better, and the acoustics were horrible.
