A huge room and very friendly staff. The private onsen was great, and you can book it for 50 minutes.

The room was spacious, the staff were kind, and the geisha chicken was delicious.

The staff's smiles were a highlight, but there were no curtains, the bed screws were loose so the bed creaked with every shift, and the hot spring was just lukewarm at 27 °C.

The hotel was genuinely warm and family‑like, with helpful and welcoming staff, a gorgeous location, and amazing baths—far better than the impersonal big hotels. We highly recommend it. The meals were exceptional, and the breakfasts were hearty and excellent.

The food was absolutely exquisite and the onsen was nice. The staff were truly friendly and polite, and they can pick you up from Tano station—just send them a message! The property is tucked away in the woods, so there’s literally nothing to do in the neighborhood; just spend some quality time with yourself, listening to the birds and soaking in a hot bath.
