Rosa is very friendly and welcoming even though she doesn’t speak English. A washing machine is available, which is great. The room windows face the road, making it impossible to open them without being disturbed. The offered breakfast is very minimalistic and industrial. The GPS used does not give the correct location of the cottage; you should provide a more precise address the day before. The village is bleak, there’s nothing, it’s dead…

“Ottima soluzione, per muoversi sia verso Marsala che verso Mazara del Vallo”

The property has a well‑equipped and spacious kitchen where host Rosa left everything needed for breakfast, there are five beds, the bathroom is large, spotless, and everything works perfectly. There is also a washing machine, though I never used it. Parking is convenient inside the premises. Rosa gave us many restaurant recommendations and places to visit and was very caring in asking if everything was fine.

“ROSA la gentilezza fatta persona, grazie, ci hai fatto sentire a casa :-)”

I stayed in an apartment that had everything you could ask for, complete with a full kitchen and all the necessary accessories. The laundry machine, drying rack, air conditioning, and TVs were in both the room and the kitchen, and there was an indoor parking spot. Mrs. Rosa left the fridge stocked with milk, fruit juices, and water. She also provided a coffee machine with pods, crackers, croissants, jams, and Nutella. Rosa gave us all the directions to nearby beaches and tourist spots. Nothing was missing.

“Bella sorpresa!!!”

The services, location, and welcome were all excellent! Mrs. Rosa was friendly and helpful. She allowed us to store our motorcycle inside the premises and gave us great tips for day trips and local information. The breakfast was superb 😊. Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect! I highly recommend it.
