The on‑site supper was disappointing.
The hotel’s location was spectacular, perfect for unwinding and just a short walk from Cuenca. We also loved the pool, the gardens, and the common areas. The room, however, felt cramped; there was no space to lay a suitcase, and the only wardrobe was a tiny spot behind a curtain, where besides the TV there was a small area to hang things and put a bag underneath. The decor was a bit dated, with a padded, fabric‑covered headboard that matched all the curtains in the room. We had hoped for one of the rooms shown in the photos on Booking, which we imagined had been renovated.
The pool hours were inconvenient.

The surroundings were great, and there were no problems.
We stayed at the villa and overall everything was perfect. The space was huge, with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room that had a TV panel, a recliner, and a big sofa. It was a very quiet spot surrounded by nature, ideal for disconnecting. The pool was large and very clean. It’s only ten minutes from Cuenca, with the highway access right next to it. The mattress was too soft for our taste, and the overall cleanliness could be better. We missed an outdoor porch with a table and chairs, and a towel rack or something similar. These are easy improvements, but the place is still highly recommendable.
