“It was excellent stay, the staff are friendly and helpful, speaks English too.”

I liked the boutique‑hotel vibe, the rooms were clean and the air‑conditioning worked great. It’s close to the attractions, many within walking distance. The food was decent, not fancy, and overall the price was good. The elevators are tiny and the carpet feels very old‑fashioned.

The hotel feels like a classic, old‑world place, with rooms that come with a welcome card, are spotless, calm and the bed is very comfortable; the bathroom is a bit dated but clean and the water pressure is fine. It was a pleasant surprise to have a porter carry our luggage from the front desk, which is staffed around the clock, and we felt safe leaving the heavy metal key at reception. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and we appreciated the generous pot of American coffee and hot milk. You can tell the staff really put effort into everything, and although it’s not a huge property, its proximity to Roma Termini makes it very handy. The only downside was the lack of a desk at a height suitable for using a laptop, and it would have been nice to have a small chair and table for that purpose; also a power outlet by the bedside would help, and a complimentary bottle of water would be a nice touch.

I was happy with the location—just a short walk from Termini station and in a safe area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast quality was excellent.
