I was thrilled by the outstanding service and breakfast, and the spot is so close to Niagara Falls that walking there is a breeze; Kim was incredibly helpful, handing us a map with the best spots and activities.

The house itself is stunning, and the floral surroundings are gorgeous, but it needs some mending, the entrance door lock should be replaced or fixed, and the back lot could use a clean‑up and outdoor seating furniture.

The host was very friendly and the breakfast delicious; walking to the attractions is easy, the house is old but charming, costs are a bit high but unavoidable for the area and season, the windows cannot be opened, and the climate control is quite loud.

The housekeeper was wonderful, the room and bathroom were very nice, and the decorations lovely, but the house needs serious maintenance—cement work, window work, and the AC unit might need cleaning, and the food was excellent.
