The location is excellent—the main plus: close to the metro, stadium, market, station, exchange offices with good rates, cafes; the staff are responsive, including reception and housekeeping; Wi‑Fi works well and they provide water. The price/quality ratio is questionable; I don’t know why I chose this hotel, probably because of the included breakfast and location, but I’m sure a better option could have been found. My room was on the lowest floor (basement), windowless, without a refrigerator or TV, damp, with water constantly on the floor in the shower, and the curtain offered no privacy; the interior and furniture were tired. Noise from the corridor and neighbors was strong. Breakfast was available but modest—cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, sausage, cottage cheese, bread, tea, jam, butter. This setup might suit someone on a tight budget who doesn’t mind a hostel‑like experience.
