The place is comfortable and pretty, I liked it. The bathrooms smell like rotten pipes, honestly 0/10, and that makes the room stink. Other than that, the service is very good.

The reception was helpful and the location is good. Value for the price is decent. The room had a lot of mosquitoes.

Nothing except the location. Everything is broken, no outlets work, swarms of mosquitoes, and the only “solution” is to give you an insecticide and tell you to throw it away; I left the same day.
The only positive thing was the treatment we received from the two check‑in/check‑out guys. There are no ramps or elevator, which made lugging heavy suitcases difficult; we were placed in a second‑floor room with a balcony that was extremely noisy all afternoon, night and early morning, the internet went out in the afternoon and none of the numbers I called answered, even after dialing five digits with no signal. I know I’m asking a lot for the price, but it was very close to where I had a commitment.
I was shocked to discover that my bag was stolen at Hotel BOK 21. The staff took my card and a small amount of cash from my luggage, then tried to use the card both in a restaurant and online. When we reported it to reception, they said we had to go to the police and we were already heading to another city, so we wouldn’t have time to file a complaint immediately. We returned two days later for a final night because we liked the place and the value was good. I asked reception to cancel the next stay, but they didn’t. Later they claimed they couldn’t cancel and that we wouldn’t cooperate. The daily penalty was still deducted from the card. After we filed the report, they said they would handle the matter, but then they stopped responding and didn’t follow up. I was extremely disappointed; it seemed the hotel didn’t care and there was someone inside stealing guests. The arrival was friendly, the room was large and spacious, everything was fine until this happened. Perhaps a single employee was responsible, but we didn’t receive the support we needed, felt abandoned, and were left very disappointed. They never reached out after the incident. It’s regrettable. I attached the attempted purchases on my card.
