“Nefasta gestión, falta de higiene y pésimas instalaciones”
I’m writing this to warn future travelers about the lack of professionalism and the poor condition of this accommodation. The check‑in was a disaster: with a 15:00 h arrival time, we waited on the street from 13:00 h, only entered at 21:00 h because another guest opened the door, and the owner didn’t show up until 22:00 h (seven hours late). All this while they enforce a ridiculous 02:00 h arrival limit. The place was dirty and infested: the main door keypad was filthy, we saw cockroaches on different days—one in the hallway the first day while the owner was showing us the house, and another the next day at the entrance, wedged between shoes. The blanket had several white stains, and the rooms smelled closed off due to lack of ventilation. The flooring was warped and scraped against the doors when opening them. The beds were unstable and trembled with minimal movement, and the sheets wouldn’t stay on, so you end up sleeping on the mattress. Laundry services cost extra despite the overall poor condition of the house.
