The area is very quiet, the view from the window is beautiful, the furnishings have a Tuscan vibe, and the breakfasts are tasty.

The place is clean and quiet. The only downside is the way you access the bedroom.

The location is super convenient in a charming village, the window looks out onto the main square, and it takes 20 minutes by car from Arezzo. Self‑check‑in is easy, the room is very welcoming with books, a windowless bathroom that has a extractor fan, and a decent shower. Breakfast is fine, packaged items are good and varied (yogurt, crostata, bread, butter, jam, cheese, fruit, coffee, tea, juice, water). Parking is simple on the street; from May to September they mentioned a ZTL, but we arrived in October so that didn’t apply. The fruit at breakfast could be fresher.

The setting is very distinctive, housed in a lovely old building overlooking the town square. It’s a peaceful spot that makes for a relaxing stay, and it’s easy to reach scenic spots in Tuscany and Umbria from there.
