The staff are fantastic, always delivering top service in Dubai and especially at the hotels; they work as a team of four to meet guest needs. The breakfast, however, never changes, and after the third time you’re left wanting something different.

Smriti was amazing, she was so attentive and made our stay special. Seeing her smile every morning was wonderful; any issue she fixed quickly and she was reliable. We’ll keep coming back just to see her and the whole team, who are all amazing, and there was nothing negative.

The staff and management genuinely care about providing everything to make your stay better, and no request is too much trouble; staying there was such a pleasure that I extended my visit by three more nights! The pool staff are wonderful, the Harissa Street staff are wonderful, and the reception staff are wonderful too! I can’t fault our stay at this hotel—definitely will return!
