“sejour impeccable”
The lunch was impeccable and the hotel’s location was perfect, but the gym equipment was not working.

Friendly staff. cleanliness. Only had 1 elevator toward front of building. Was on 2nd floor at opposite end of building due to needing pet friendly room, which made if difficult because spouse uses oxygen and with current heat made it difficult for him

The place is in a great spot, but the room feels old and the ceiling tiles could use some work.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast area was nice, with fantastic wait staff, yet the place was dirty: we found food in our freezer that had been there before us, dust bunnies on the walls and in the bathroom, a filthy hallway rail, and trash—including a bandaid—on the floor around the pool for the entire 4‑day stay, and the toilet was old and didn’t flush well, so we had to keep a plunger in our room to avoid messes.

The layout and pool in the middle of all the rooms were fun, and the breakfast was lovely; after we figured out where the light switches were to turn on the lights in the sitting area and pool area it was fun for the kids, but the front desk was pretty rude at check‑in, the gym was closed, they no longer do drink tokens as advertised, the slide is gone, and the fire pits don’t work.
