Location is fantastic; right in the heart of the bustling Latin Quarter
Rory at the front desk is AMAZING -- gave us local tips, answered all our questions, and was so kind and professional!
Very clean

“Really good!”
Great location and staff, but we faced the street and the first night there was really loud music until 2 am. It wasn’t bad after that, and earplugs helped. The mattress was a bit stiff.
“Alt for dyrt for så ringe et værelse.”
The place was well situated, yet there was no daylight because the room had no windows, and it was next to the machinery room, making it feel like a ferry.
The hotel is smack in the middle of town, facing an amazing pub, but the room itself was too cramped.
The room was exactly as described and the location was great, but the TV was broken and the concierge couldn’t fix it.
“Rooms were clean and staff friendly but I can’t imagine dealing with very surprised and disappointed guests every day”
It sits on Galway’s busiest street, right in the town centre, but the rooms have no windows and barely enough space for a small suitcase, forcing you to crawl into bed—definitely not suitable for tall or claustrophobic guests, and the photos of the rooms are misleading.
