“Molto bello, non complicato, a 2 min della metro verde e rossa”
The staff were kind, the rooms were cute, free tea, coffee, sugar, free bath gel. Everything was accessible with the code.

The workers were amazing all the time, very helpful and kind and always with a smile on their faces. The room was pretty comfy and cozy and the house itself was very nice. Amazing experience, would totally go again!!

The location was clean. The only thing missing was a fan in the room, it was very hot.

The kitchen was handy and close to public transport on a nice street, but street parking only lasts four hours, so we had to hunt for a garage for our rental. We discovered the front desk wasn’t open 24 hours when we went to ask about parking in the morning; the building was locked and no one was there. We had checked in face‑to‑face and received verbal instructions, so when we returned from dinner the entrance was locked and we couldn’t get back in. I sent a message to the host, and a stranger appeared about five minutes later so we could slip in. Eventually the host emailed us a self‑check‑in code for the exterior door. I understand language barriers, but the host needs to improve her communication.
