The pool was clean, but the exercise room was closed with torn equipment scattered around. I had specifically requested a handicap‑accessible room online, which listed a tub with grab bars, but it wasn’t actually accessible. We were placed on the third floor during a torrential rain storm and the electricity failed several times. Even though there are only three handicap rooms, they should not be listed online, and you should never assign a handicap guest to the third floor—bad management and poor maintenance.
