“Beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité proposée”
The rooms were clean, the bed was large and fairly comfortable even without extra pillows, and the shower was huge with very hot water. We were a group of friends and experienced several frustrating incidents: although we had booked several rooms, some of us arrived without a room, beds were missing, and some beds had no linens. We even tried to be assigned a room infested with ants. Some of us could book a parking spot, others could not; the spot was advertised at €6 per night, yet €10 was charged to our card. They never managed to refund us because the refund had to be on card and they couldn’t give cash. After paying for parking, there was no space inside. The staff were friendly but incompetent. Breakfast was awful: croissants were undercooked and the quality was low. At €150 a night in October we expected much more. This hotel is nowhere near worth its price.
