Five minutes to the beach, clean rooms, centrally located. Unfortunately you can only book breakfast and dinner; buying a coffee yourself isn’t possible, so you have to look for something in town or cook in the room, though a kettle is provided.

The room furnishings were fine, but the other guests’ behavior ruined the stay. We were the only Germans in the resort, where mainly Polish tour groups stayed. They ignored the quiet hours (22:00–6:00), sometimes threw parties in the rooms until 3:00 am, didn’t use door handles (doors were basically slammed), and talked loudly in the hallway late into the night. A restful sleep was almost impossible. When we tried to address the guests, they shouted at us in Polish; German or English was not understood. The hotel description claimed the rooms had soundproofing, but we noticed none.

We wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Mewa resort; its spot right on the beach, spotless and spacious air‑conditioned apartment, free parking, fantastic pool and varied tasty breakfasts made it, without exaggeration, our best Baltic Sea getaway. We especially appreciated that the staff agreed to swap our room when we asked because of the neighboring view, and we’re grateful for a wonderful week – we’ll definitely be back 🥰
