How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel staff was truly exceptional—friendly, kind, and helpful, always ready with a smile to ensure our comfort. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable, and they were honestly one of the best parts of the experience.

Friendly staff, food at a good level.

The staff were fine at first glance, but the beds were just about to collapse and everywhere there were plenty of mosquito nets.

The place had no air conditioning, making the rooms extremely hot and stuffy. The shower enclosure was broken, and the toilet paper holder was defective. The rooms weren't clean. Breakfast was included, but coffee had to be paid for separately. Only one type of bread at breakfast was a bit miserable.

Wonderful staff, but the climate was an issue.
