I want to file an official complaint about my last accommodation. The details given did not match reality. The heating didn’t work, the bathroom was shared with other rooms, and the chairs were damaged and dirty. Room No. 4 had no remote (neither for TV nor for heating), and in Room No. 1 the remote was battery‑less. We were four guests and all very dissatisfied. Because of the cold we caught a cold. I am a regular customer of , but this experience was a huge disappointment. I ask for compensation or a refund. I can provide photos and evidence if needed. Best regards, Ali Sulejmani
