Casa Sulla Laguna

“une pause calme et belle dans un cadre enchanteur avec un hôte bienveillant”

The location was extraordinary, with a wall in the room and a balcony overlooking the lagoon. The small balcony was very pleasant. The room was tastefully furnished, the bathroom was well designed, and the host was extremely friendly, taking great care of us throughout our stay. Nothing else to note.

“Great friendly staff”

The place was very quaint, but the location was quite far from restaurants and other amenities, the beds were hard, and our room was very small.

“Perfekt.”

I was blown away by the Casa sulla Laguna – the spot is ideal for exploring Murano, Burano, and Venice. The property sits just a few hundred metres from the Vaporetto stop, and the balcony offers a stunning lagoon view; at night you can hear passing boats and the gentle splash of waves – absolutely magical, even from the toilet where you can spot the Murano lighthouse. Pino proved to be a wonderful host, sharing loads of useful tips. I highly recommend staying here.

“Wonderful.”

I can’t stop thinking about how amazing Casa sulla Laguna is; I’ll be back next time I visit Venice, hoping a room will still be available. The location is unbeatable, with incredible views, a quiet atmosphere, and easier access to Venice proper than you’d expect – a true escape from the crowds. Rooms vary in size but all feel cozy. Pino is a very friendly host.

The apartment was cozy and very clean, with an exceptional location that offered a dreamlike balcony view. The service was friendly. The only downside was that the mattress felt too firm for our taste.
