Cute cat, pretty cat, and a mop‑like dog are all friendly and soothing. As others have mentioned, the breakfast was generous and truly delicious! The cheese omelette packed with ingredients was tastier than the ⭐︎‑rated hotel breakfast buffet. The rooftop lets you sip beer while feeling the sea breeze and nap; the hotel’s fridge has beer that’s chilled and priced about the same as the convenience store.

The couple who run the place, Mr. Billy and Ma'am Joy, are very organized and the hospitality was exceptional. We stayed for one night and it was great 😊. The only unrelated issue was the street dogs that bark and come close to people when you pass by 😬.

Convenient for an overnight stay and the hosts were very friendly. The family room was a bit small, though you can use the dining area to sit and chat.

The moment I walked in, I felt a sense of peace and a welcoming energy. Billy and Joy are a pleasure to chat with, accommodating, genuinely kind, and caring. I enjoyed talking with them and they were very helpful with any questions. The area was quaint, safe for a solo female, and right by the pier on the water. They keep the property in top shape, it feels exceptionally clean and well kept. I loved the room, which was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the water. Joy is an incredible cook; the breakfast was tasty and filling. They invited me to hang out with them and their friends the first night, showing how welcoming they are. I would definitely recommend the place and would stay again. I can’t thank them enough; they go above and beyond. There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. Everything was superb. The only thing I didn’t like was not being able to stay longer.

Unlike other accommodations where the breakfast only tickles your tummy, BJ’s breakfast fills you up. More importantly, it was delicious! Joy really cooks well, and there’s always free coffee. In terms of the overall accommodation compared to the room rate, I can’t say anything.
