The cleaning, the proximity to the requested spot, the décor style, and the bars where you can have breakfast were all positives. The street noise coming up from the entrance gate kept me from resting peacefully, and the spaces were a bit tight.

We stayed at this place and the experience was really positive. The accommodation was clean, detailed and had all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The location is convenient and easy to get around, perfect for those who want to explore the area or have work nearby. A special thank you to the host, always kind, helpful and attentive to every need, from pre‑arrival communication to departure. Everything was simple and well organized, which made the stay even more relaxing. We definitely recommend this place and will gladly return in the future!

Mrs. Francesca was super kind, the rooms were cozy, equipped with all comforts, and the beds were comfortable. The B&B was practically on the main street. One of the two shower stalls was tiny compared to the second room, which was large and comfortable. The area was very noisy at night.

The location is very good because it’s right next to the historic center. The breakfast was included but it wasn’t clear that you had to leave the property and go to one of the two partner bars. Both are within walking distance, but only one is feasible because the other, on the street of the property, was not welcoming and offered very little food options. The breakfast included only coffee/cappuccino and a croissant, with no water bottle. I would improve the cleaning and the management of spaces and furniture. No one ever came to “refresh” the room, as happened in all the other places we stayed and liked. There was no support point on either side of the bed. A toothbrush holder and a soap holder at the bathroom sink. The shower was tiny. Street parking. The host’s customer service could also be improved. It’s not enough to provide a place to stay; a guest needs to be pampered, welcomed, and “followed” in a certain way, especially since the property leaves a bit of time for the guest to find their way.
