A very cool spot with plenty of photo opportunities and a room that’s a showstopper. The only drawback is that the water dispenser is very hidden.

Cleanliness was good. I’ve stayed here before for work in Rio Verde and always found it quiet, comfortable, and well‑served, so I booked again for three nights with my husband. As soon as I reached the room, before unpacking, I noticed a screen in front of the TV, which bothered me. I took a photo and went straight to reception to ask for a room change. I was told there were no other rooms available at that moment, that a note would be added to my file, and that they would contact me once a room opened. Unfortunately, throughout my stay no one reached out. No alternative room was offered, and no one asked if the issue was resolved. I stayed in the same room the entire time. To top it off, one of the staff members came by quickly just to pick up work outfits—a brief visit of less than an hour. When I settled the bill, I was shocked to see a charge as if I had added an extra person to the room irregularly, which left me extremely upset and outraged, not only because of the charge but also how the whole situation was handled. When I needed help with the room issue, no one bothered to check on me or show concern. Yet when it came to charging for a person who was there briefly for work, there was instant attention. As a repeat guest, I know the level of service the hotel usually offers, so this experience disappointed me even more. I always chose to stay here because I felt comfortable and well‑attended.
