The location was good and the room spacious enough; we were able to drop off our luggage before check‑in and the process was easy. The only issue was that it was on the third floor and there was no elevator.

It was very central—just 5‑10 minutes to everything—and the service from Blanka was excellent; she managed to get me into the room a bit earlier and responded quickly. The instructions on how to get in were super helpful! The room had both coffee and tea, plus various toiletries. I was satisfied with everything, really!

The third floor was reached by stairs with very high steps, which was exhausting. The parking area was hard to navigate; you had to be lucky to find a spot.
