The place felt clean and comfy, the bed was great for sleeping and we weren’t disturbed by pipes or elevator noise at night, and the canal view was beautiful; plus the room stocked dishes, cutlery and a microwave for meals. However, it sits far from major stations like Hakata and Tenjin, and being tucked in a narrow alley meant we constantly had to dodge oncoming traffic, which felt unsafe.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and the right size for a family of three; it was convenient that we could leave our luggage before check‑in and that self‑service lockers were available after check‑out. The property is about a 20‑minute walk from Hakata Station, a little farther than expected, especially with luggage, so a taxi would be more convenient.
