I waited to be checked in, was overlooked while a gentleman who arrived after me was helped first, and the price was pretty high for the service.

The Clyde feels great, the spot is solid and the staff are usually helpful. But the room had no water, no coffee machine, and the Wi‑Fi was dead. The air‑con was hard to dial in, ruining my sleep, and when the staff promised to bring a coffee machine they never did. The lobby coffee was already gone and never refilled.

The room was gorgeous, right in the city and close enough to the highway for easy travel. It was roomy and super comfy, and I had no complaints at all.

The place is well located, but I was hit with a $25 resort fee each day that I wasn’t warned about beforehand.
