The location and staff hospitality were decent. However, there was no Wi‑Fi, the facilities were poor, the rooms were very old, hot water was inconsistent even in such a cold area, the TV didn’t work, and every time you needed hot water, the TV, or the lights you had to call the staff.

The food, hospitality, and location were great. Mr Rajneesh was very polite and an exceptional person who took excellent care of us. There wasn’t much to complain about; the interiors need renovation, which they are already working on.

Overall good, value for money, the reception staff were helpful Mr Sharma in particular Breakfast was Good, staff were trying to serve at the table. We had hired a taxi from Pathankot, Ansh travels, Mr jasmeet Sethi ( santy) was behaving unreasonable and even though they were providing washroom facility he was being very rude to the hotel staff and writing unnecessary reviews not 1 but multiple

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast buffet was truly excellent, with a wide variety of food and the freedom to eat as much as you like. Book with breakfast. The view was superb, overlooking the entire valley up to the great mountain range. The location is also good; the market centre is within walking distance. Everything was clean, which is not a given in Indian hotels. Excellent value for money. Everything was excellent; I can only recommend it further.
