The location was great for walking around the city, and renting a car from here let us explore Vermont; Burlington made an excellent base. The hotel breakfast was subpar, so we opted for local restaurants instead. We had a dinner reservation but couldn’t get a table.

The staff were friendly, but the restaurant fare could use improvement.

The rooms had a nice fresh feel and the views were amazing, though the food was not the best.

The 6th‑floor view over the trees and lake was great, and the hotel’s location near Lake Champlain was very convenient; the complimentary coffee station on the floor offered coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, and ice. Lily’s breakfast on the ML floor featured a nice buffet with good variety, and the downtown area was very walkable. However, the bed and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. An awkward large couch faced away from the window, making it difficult to open or close the shades. Fruit flies swarmed the floor’s coffee station and the pastries display at Lily’s breakfast. Mold appeared on the ice chutes of the dispensers. The room’s toilet paper was not refilled automatically; we had to request a refill. The on‑site dinner restaurant served poor quality food that didn’t taste good. The gym was too warm to use, though it offered a nice variety of cardio machines; more strength machines would have been welcome. Food at the hotel and in town was very expensive, and transportation options to nearby attractions like the Ben & Jerry's Factory Tour or Cold Hollow Cider Mill were limited.
