We had no complaints at all; my husband says we're definitely staying here next year for bikes, blues, and BBQ! He did say he wants a ground‑floor room next time because he doesn’t want to use elevators.

Location and cleanliness. Bed was hard this time, not very comfortable; it’s usually very soft and easy to fall asleep, not this time.

The room was very nice, and breakfast offered a wonderful variety to choose from; I couldn’t hear the neighboring guest, which was a treat. Nothing else was off; the service was great.

The staff was excellent, the location was perfect for us, breakfast was delicious, the room was large and the full kitchen was very convenient for our family. The AC vent in our room didn’t work well, so our kids were freezing while we were hot; I ended up closing the vent in the other room.
