I’ve stayed here three times now, and its proximity to Borough station is unbeatable; every visit feels like my own private space and the bed is incredibly comfortable, though the TV in the room was glitchy and broken—a minor annoyance.

The hotel’s location right next to Borough metro station, just minutes from London Bridge metro and Borough Market, plus close to many restaurants, bars and supermarkets, is great; however, there is no elevator and no air conditioning.

The place sits in a perfect spot, is spotless and fresh, and the ability to unlock the room door with a phone is super convenient; ear plugs were a thoughtful addition even though the room wasn’t noisy, and on the second day we discovered a bathroom in the room, which was ideal for my child to use safely on her own.

The room is spacious, but it gets warm, the carpet needs replacing, and the electrical outlets are poorly positioned.

The location is great, the room is very comfortable, and overall it’s a pretty nice place. However, it wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed at; the carpet was stained and one of the towels was also stained.
