The place is beautiful, the waterfall is just a few steps from the chalet, the farm offers tours and animal experiences, the staff are attentive and kind.

The place is very quiet and the nature is lush, the team is very helpful! Because meal times are restricted, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the chalets.
We left the place disappointed. I thought we’d booked a chalet, which wasn’t clear at reservation time, but upon arrival we learned our booking was for a suite in the farm’s main house, far from the waterfall and the dining area, so we had to drive on a dirt road for breakfast and dinner. The suite itself was uncomfortable, the bathroom swarmed with mosquitoes and had grime on the ceiling and walls, and it felt like renting an Airbnb room inside someone’s home rather than the privacy we wanted. When we asked to switch to a chalet and were willing to pay extra, they said we could only change one night out of the three we’d booked, so we checked elsewhere. Communication was poor and we never felt welcomed, so I can’t recommend this place.

The room’s positioning is very good and well done. The air conditioning is weak and doesn’t cool the room well. It would be good to pest‑control around the room. There are many ants and I killed a scorpion on the wall.
