The place is spectacular! You can do everything from tennis, horse riding, hiking, quad biking—basically a fully equipped spot! The staff are delightful and kind, always ready to help. In our case we had a small issue with the Jacuzzi, and the staff from both the restaurant and the facility, aware of the situation, immediately offered to fix it. The apartments are very large, clean, and well‑furnished. The only real flaws were that in the apartment there were small pieces of paper that suggested proper waste separation, but the bins didn’t have the bags inside. Another uncomfortable thing was the protective glass on the side of the tub, which prevented a firm grip on the edge to get up safely; I found this arrangement awkward and potentially dangerous. The last minor issue was that in the apartments there was only one roll of toilet paper instead of two.

The spot is spot on with killer views, and the pool area is kid‑friendly. The food at the restaurant is solid. The kitchen‑living room combo felt a bit cramped, and checkout was earlier than expected.

The best way to experience Tuscany! The vistas from our room and around the property were magnificent. The restaurant is excellent, and the pool is very clean and well maintained. There are also plenty of activities to enjoy if you’re staying longer – unfortunately, we only stayed for two nights. It’s a wonderful place for families with kids, and we would happily stay here again!
