“a baixo da expectativa”
The bed is comfortable. The place is a residential house converted for lodging, so the façade still looks like a residence, which is a bit confusing upon arrival. It’s hard to carry luggage up the stairs, there’s no air conditioning, the bathroom door doesn’t close properly, and a dog in the room above—apparently owned by the host—keeps making noises. There’s no room service, but there is a sink without plumbing and an electric kettle that I had to clean because the bottom was dirty. My suggestion is to pay a little more and stay at a better hotel closer to the city, because we had to walk an extra 7 km to reach downtown Nova Petrópolis.
