The owners and staff were kind, and I’m disappointed I have to give such a low score; I hope this motivates improvement. Thanks especially to Felicidad, who was delightful. The food was tasty but a bit pricey. The mattress was good, but the pillow was too hard. The room and bathroom were very small, there was no TV (not essential for me), and breakfast was very simple—just coffee and a toast. There are many details that could be improved. I value you highly and wish you great success; you deserve it.
The staff are very friendly and the kitchen is more than adequate, even though the options are limited. The photos make it look like an idyllic setting, but in reality it’s in a town with little interest.
