Some of the staff were rude; when we first arrived our room didn’t even have towels in the bathroom, the hair dryer was missing so we had to ask the front desk for one, and they gave us one that didn’t work, then gave us another that wouldn’t shut off unless you unplugged it.

“Scary and dirty.”

Nothing positive. The front desk worker broke into our room at 3 am then ran; we had our door locked. It scared my family badly. We took our belongings and left because we felt very unsafe. They wouldn’t refund our money, were very ugly and rude, and offered no apology.

I booked a room last minute on a busy weekend, but it was cancelled without any notice, even though my card was on file. No one called or sent an email, and when I arrived on the 4th of July, which was also my birthday, they simply told me the reservation was void. They didn’t try to find me a replacement room or offer any help, which was extremely disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and the customer service was poor.

The room itself was very comfortable and the location was great. However, the front desk clerk made a rude remark about my driver's license, calling it the worst picture he had ever seen, which left me feeling insulted.
