Everything was outstanding: the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the bell service was excellent, the place was spotless, and the location was convenient.

I was thrilled with everything—no complaints at all.

The bed was comfortable, the bar offered good cocktails, and the complimentary tart for our anniversary was a nice touch. The rooms are small and cramped, the lobby carpets are filthy, and the pool and hot tub are terrible—tiny, cold pool with no seating or hooks, and the hot tub barely bigger than a bath. The location would be fine for business, but we’d have preferred staying in the old part of town for our plans. Compared to other Fairmonts, this one lacks character and feels shabbily small.

The spot was spot‑on for catching the concert at the Bell Centre, and having all meals on site was a bonus, yet the room felt chilly on arrival and the bathroom was cramped.

Excellent gym and pool. Needed more information about the train station. Partially my fault
