“staff very humble and supportive”

The hotel sits on the main road of Pawai near T2, it was a good stay; breakfast was good and the staff are friendly and supportive, easy connectivity to the place; rooms are neat, clean, and spacious, with complimentary breakfast and fast Wi‑Fi; overall it is good service.

“A good AC cant makeup for bad staff behaviour and atrocious food”

While the air conditioning was a welcome respite from the heat, my stay was marred by a series of unfortunate events. The breakfast was a disaster, with subpar food and an unpleasant dining area. To make matters worse, the staff's behavior was unprofessional and inconsiderate, particularly when I requested a late checkout for my elderly father.

Despite some issues with cleanliness, I was generally pleased with my stay, thanks to the hotel's convenient location and overall experience. However, the bed was not as clean as it should have been, with a lingering odor due to dampness. Adding an extra layer of clean bedding might have made a big difference.
