The location was great and the staff were friendly, but the check‑in timing communication was subpar and the room and bathroom were not spotless.
“It was good except that I couldn't sleep well because of the noise”
I appreciate the friendly host and the location, but there’s no rule against noise after 11 pm, so I still heard people laughing outside my room at 2 am.
It’s just a short walk from the four cafés, so the location scores 10/10, yet the surrounding area is very noisy, making it hard to rest, and the bathroom maintenance needs review.
“An expirence in a great location in the center of Palermo”
This hostel feels like a family home, with a perfect location and owners who welcome you as if you were kin; the shower is excellent, though there’s no accessibility and only two toilets, but that didn’t bother me.
“Wszystko idealnie!”
Everything’s great! The host is the best in the world!
