The location is fine, but they only accept cash even though they claim otherwise, they have issues with the detafast, there's little privacy, everything is audible during cleaning, and the breakfast is weak.

The staff were friendly, the place is well situated and overall clean, but when booking you should specify the payment method.

The hostel is very well located, room 1 is spacious with good finishes, there’s zero noise, making it perfect for a quiet stay and exploring Cuenca.

I arrived with my mother and the front desk said the room we chose was already occupied, then handed us another room without explanation, and the staff’s rude attitude made the whole experience terrible; no one advised us to bring cash or mentioned payment options.
