I stay here regularly and it’s always the same comfortable, clean, and well‑located experience, so I would recommend it any time.

The manager went above and beyond to help me; I received a nice iron when I asked for one. I had to stay an extra 30 minutes before checking out because of an online Teams meeting, but it was accepted without any charge. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Manchester. Nothing was wrong—everything was perfect.

The mattress was comfortable, and there were coffee, infusions, oil, a table in the room, and all kitchen appliances worked. However, there was no staff present, so I was alone with several other guests; if something had happened, I might not have found anyone. My mistake was going to a place that only has three single rooms; I had to open the door for a guy because he didn’t have keys, and entry could be done with a code. I also had the inconvenience of having the battery and shower together.

Sheets, towels, clean. There was a smell in the room and in the shared kitchen of damp

The room was exceptionally clean, and the gentleman who was cleaning another room on arrival was very friendly and helpful. The location for the Co‑op Arena is great, only 30 mims away. They say they can accommodate earlier check‑in if you ask, we asked, but they didn’t. The room itself is small but more than adequate and very clean, yet the bed was awful with an incredibly cheap spring mattress, so we didn’t get much rest. A mid‑range mattress would have made all the difference. The door was also a bit loose, which concerned us.
