“A truly wonderful experience if you’re looking for an authentic and traditional Balinese vibe among a calming and caring”

The place is close to everything yet far enough from the noise, set amid lush greenery with an outdoor fishpond and a cute puppy named Kimmy that I fell in love with. The hosts were amazing, inclusive and accommodating, teaching me how to make offerings, where to put them, and even letting me join full‑moon ceremonies, which was a wonderful gesture. I learned a lot about traditional Bali and felt truly welcomed into their family vibe. I’ll definitely book again next time I’m in Ubud. The only downside was that the bed sheet felt a bit scratchy.

“Cheap, great location.”

The location is great, just off the beaten track so it’s quieter but still easy to get to everything. There was no check‑in process and we weren’t told anything about the property or the space.

The central position is great, the bungalows are great, and I stay here every time I’m in Ubud. It’s always a great stay 👍

The room, the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the price were all fantastic. Cadet, his wife, mother and grandfather who run the business are sympathetic and very helpful. I had a problem with the money changer and Cadet helped me resolve it, for which I am very grateful. Overall I was happy to stay here several times and keep coming back. I recommend it to others too. Keep up the good work Mr. Cadet.
