Breakfast is served in an indoor but open‑air setting, an extremely pleasant space… There is plenty of variety to satisfy all tastes, even mine, who prefer more natural ingredients in the morning… The staff member preparing the food is very friendly and meticulous, attending to requests with great care. Additionally, Ricardo at reception offers full support with information and tips so you can enjoy the best tours, attractions, and restaurants in Manaus. In conclusion, a perfect 10 for Casa do Bispo. I can’t say more.
“Werkelijk top!”
Everything was truly excellent; we could use the shower ourselves and store our luggage for four days at no charge. The stay itself was very pleasant, with a comfortable bed and a well‑functioning shower. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. In short, one of the best hotels we’ve visited and the service was by far the best we’ve experienced.
Ideally located, furnished and decorated with taste. The pool is charming but not maintained, which is a shame.
There are two sister hotels (Casa do Bispo and Casa do Frade). I booked at Casa do Bispo, but upon arrival I was transferred to Casa do Frade because of issues with the room I was supposed to stay in. The room at Casa do Frade was simple but cozy, very clean, and the location was fantastic. Breakfast was simple but sufficient for a modest trip. The hotel staff are amazing: friendly, helpful, and always trying to give tips and suggestions.
Everyone is very helpful; they have the best service.
