The property itself is good. The food is pricey, and the room rate is also high. There is no room with a direct mountain view; from the terrace you can see the mountains.

Overall, the value for money is solid. The front desk was closed at night, making it very hard to find anyone in an emergency.

The property is amazing and the staff are friendly. The food is good as well. My room fan made noise that was disturbing, and the team couldn't fix it.

The location is very good, the food is tasty, and even the à la carte menu is affordable for lunch and dinner. The room facilities were lacking: water stopped coming from the taps, hot water was unavailable, and Wi‑Fi for the dormitories was not available at all. During the rainy season only cold water was provided even after we complained.
