The room felt warm and welcoming, yet the buffet lacked variety.

It turned into an oasis in the heart of Providencia, with comfortable facilities, friendly staff, and a good restaurant—nothing to complain about, we loved it.

Breakfast was basic and didn’t even offer jam. The mattresses were soft; I asked for a change and they didn’t comply. Light in the room was poor, the TV never worked, and there were few outlets for phones. Front‑desk staff were unwilling to help, always replying “no can’t, we don’t have.” The only redeeming thing was the chef; the food was good, well served, and reasonably priced.

Apart from the person who checked us in, the staff were friendly. Good location, quite near to the city centre. The room wasn't clean. The staff member who checked us in was unfriendly. The breakfast was poor- not even jam or any spreads for the toast. No tea, coffee facilities, no tissues, no iron. Fairly cramped room. The duvet barely covered the bed. The air con kept stopping. We were told this was a 4 star hotel. It wouldn't make 3 star
