The building looked stylish and the room felt pleasant and clean, plus the flat‑surface parking was handy. Staying there in summer, I noticed the stylish exterior but the separate wings forced me to step outside repeatedly to reach the front desk or the large public bath, and there was no elevator, so reaching a second‑floor room meant lugging luggage up the stairs. There was no pre‑cooling service before check‑in, so it took a while for the room to feel comfortable, and the room key failed several times, requiring a few trips to the front desk for assistance. The women’s hot‑spring pool was overly hot and the changing area was also sweltering.
