The two staff members we met were pleasant and professional, and the location was good, but the carpet in our room was filthy, plumbing fixtures were loose, all surfaces were sticky, the lamp was broken and an electrical outlet was smashed; our room had no towels and the staff seemed very understaffed.

The room was nasty, everything was dirty, the carpet was filthy, the furniture and bed skirting were visibly dirty, and the room was a smoking room that they claimed wasn’t; we did not stay, and the manager—if he can even be called a manager—did not return my calls for a refund, while the office staff was rude and unprofessional.
