“Excellent”
I liked that breakfast was made fresh and that they had a Starbucks coffee shop. The location was right off the freeway and easy to reach many shopping and restaurants. I have no complaints about my stay.

The room was clean, even the carpets were spotless, which is always a plus. The air conditioning was noisy but still manageable for sleep, as often happens in hotels. However, there was only one tiny bottle of water! Marriott, you can do better than that. I hope the booking team can relay this feedback to management. The staff were not friendly at all. I arrived on 6‑28 around 5‑6 pm and the front‑desk lady was neutral but not friendly, no smile or helpful explanations. The next morning, the breakfast staff had the same attitude. The worst was the front‑desk lady when I was checking out on 6‑29; she had a “don’t talk to me” expression, was rude and aggressive when I asked about a higher charge than the official rate. Why would a major brand like Marriott neglect such details? There was only one small bottle of water! Marriott, you can do better, especially when charging $200 per night. I hope the booking team can pass this on to the hotel management and above.
