I stayed in a spacious, modern room with a forest view and could walk to restaurants and bars. Check‑in was slow, the staff tried to double‑charge, and there was no free breakfast.

The place was very calming and nice, but it could use a deep cleaning, and the handrails at the whirlpool were slippery.

I made a reservation for a handicap accessible room with appropriate facilities on the ground floor When I arrived I was given a non accessible room on the 2nd floor. There were no facilities for my handicap. I was unable to shower or wash my hair. I spoke to Russel and he was not helpful. The next morning I had breakfast which was satisfactory. I was served by Jannell an she was great. Accomodations!

Friendly staff and beautiful facilities, but the hallway carpet had stains and on one occasion the maids didn’t make our bed.
